Meet Peggy

Peggy Gomula is married with three adult daughters, and all five members of her family share the gift of ADHD.

With nearly 20 years of experience as a parent coach, Peggy has also been a teacher, tutor, and coach. She holds a certification from The Parent Coach Institute® and a BA in Education from SUNY at Potsdam, and she is currently working on her Master of Science in Psychology.

Peggy knows that being a parent is not easy. It takes a lot of work, but she believes it is possible to be a calm and connected parent with the right tools. She reached a point in her life where she wanted to understand if she could be a better mom and is forever thankful for finding the person who taught her those tools, enabling her to raise her children in a calm and connected household.

In her coaching, Peggy is dedicated to helping parents understand the unique gifts of ADHD, unlock its potential, and equip them with the tools to create a calm, fun, and connected household. She knows firsthand that, while parenting is hard work, it is possible to raise responsible, caring adults with ADHD.
